As a Photographer
Michaela has always been captivated by the alchemy of the shot—the precise framing, the intentional gaze, the moment when time suspends itself within a single frame. For her, photography is an intimate dialogue: a meeting between subject and lens where the image itself reveals what it needs to become. She approaches each session as an excavation, listening for the person before the camera, discovering the story waiting to be told.
Her photographic eye has been shaped by studies at HDK Valand, University of Gothenburg, Sweden, the School of Visual Arts, and BRIC Media in NYC, as well as masterclasses with Joel Grimes. This foundation fuels her belief that every photograph is both a frozen moment and a living conversation—a collaboration between photographer, subject, and the ineffable space between them.
